About the Teacher

Drs Irene de Raadt - Bellucci BBA BMA has been been a professional vocalist for 20+ years and has accumulated years' worth of performance experience in over 15 countries in three continents as a lyrical soloist, musical theatre performer and classical singer (a.o. with Andrea Bocelli).
As a stage artist, she has performed in many productions and with great orchestras, and worked with directors like Eugene Kohn.

As an educator, she has been asked to teach, coach and adjudicate worldwide.
Irene created Master the Art Of Singing in order to serve vocalists all over the world who are as motivated as her students are to continue learning and honing their craft.
After her graduation in Musical Theatre and Classical Voice and Piano, she continued to pursue higher learning with world-class vocal pedagogues in order to further her knowledge and provide excellent instruction to her students.

When I was in Amsterdam for a few months, I wanted to continue improving my voice. By referral from a friend, who had had singing lessons from Irene for over 3 years and who I have seen to make amazing progress, I started lessons with Irene, and kept going the full summer. I have to say I have never experienced such an amazing teacher. Not only is Miss Irene a gifted accompanyist, she taught me things I never really got down in my years of vocal training in New York. Her teachings are very detailed and her way of working on technique and breath support is fantastic. 
These were the most valuable months I spent in vocal training.

I have enjoyed taking lessons from Irene for many years. Together we worked a lot on my technique and made beautiful recordings.
During the lesson she gives you great exercises, for example for sound creation and resonance, correct posture and breath support. Extremely important! I have improved a lot as a singer as a result. She coached me through my blockages with a number of songs (that I would never have dared to try), which helped me get much further than I thought.
But perhaps the most important thing is: Irene has given me pleasure and self-confidence in singing again. And I am very grateful to her for that!
